EXCHANGE POLICY
Unlike many other brands, we offer exchange options to prioritise customer convenience.
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please take a clear picture immediately and share it with our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. A representative will contact you within two business days. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, it will be exchanged. Please note that complaints and returns must be made within one day of receiving the order to qualify for an exchange.
- We thoroughly inspect every product through a careful quality audit before delivery. Additionally, we record a video of each product as proof of its condition. If you claim that a product is damaged, our team will cross-verify the claim using the recorded evidence before processing your request.
- If you are unsatisfied with your product or have a change of heart, you are eligible for an exchange within two days of receiving the item. After the two-day period, exchanges will no longer be possible.
Exchange Terms
- Items must remain in their original, unused condition.
- To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned to Tehzib Jewellery within one day of delivery.
